Sunday...

I got a date with my friend living in Banciao,

and finally I'd eaten my dream meal~~~~~

涓豆腐!!!!! DUBU HOUSE KOREA!!!



At first, because we forgot to take a reservation ( it's very important in holidays!!!)...

We both waited about 2 hrs for seating.

So long for waiting... almost the half of my life>"<

Because I've haven an empty stomach for whole evening,

it was starting to go pain...

we went to a Fami convenience store to get some drinks

and buy some chocolate as my appetizer.

Sorry I don't know how to call it in English (= =)>

So... I just called it "stone pot rice"!

Rice there is very delicious!!

A little sweet and have a perfect smell,

companying with these little dishes,

the feeling is beyond description!




The most special thing for me is the way to eat the stone pot rice!

Waitress told us,

because their pot bottom doesn't add oil for preventing the rice singed,

we had to put the rice in our bowls first,

and then poured some tea in the pot and covered it to soften the singed rice on the bottom.

After we finished our rice in the bowls, we can start to have some "gruel" to eat!!XD





The main cuisine is the korean soup (very similar to my dish "super mix")

Main contents in the pot are kimchi(韓式泡菜), soft tofu, pork slices,

with the soup cooking by bull bones, so delicate!!!

especially the tofu ice cream

so wonderful~ the taste is rich of the taste of the soy bean.
Very extraordinary!!!
